Arts & Crafts in the Tumut Region
Tumut Art Society 5Ways Gallery has been operating for 60 years. Art and Craft from local region artisans is exhibited in the Gallery and includes featured artist of the month exhibitions. Tumut Art Society conducts regular workshops and classes in a number of creative arts.
The Annual Tumut Art Exhibition hosted by the Tumut Art Society has been running continuously for 60 years - one of the longest annual art exhibitions in Australia! The Annual Art Exhibition exhibits artworks from many well know Australian artists and starts one week before Easter and finishes one week after Easter each year.

Tumut Potters Inc. is a community group who enjoy the medium of clay to create as a hobby. Visitors and the local community are welcome to come in and browse their wares, as well as try their hands at making pottery.
Tumut Potters can be found in the "Old Goods Shed" at Tumut Railway Station, on Snowy Mountains Highway (not far from the Visitors Information Centre). They are open Saturday from 10am, and Wednesday from 9am.
